Trailfest Event/Games Instruction

 

BINGO Night-

  • Thursday, Oct 10 @ 6pm

  • Location: LJHCC Gymnasium

  • Concession will be available

  • Bingo for Prizes-Men and Women available

 

CASINO NIGHT-

  • Friday, Oct 11 @ 7pm

  • Location: LJHCC Gymnasium

  • Participants use money provided in Event Package to play Roulette to win even more money!

  • After Roulette, spend your winnings to bid on a wide selection of gifts and prizes…there are fun prizes for all ages.

 

FINDING BIGFOOT-

  • Thursday, Oct 10 through Saturday, Oct 12

  • Location: Rockhouse Trail System

  • First 100 riders to find Big Foot at FOUR different locations on Rockhouse Trail System and take a selfie with each will receive a Big Foot T-Shirt.

  • To Win: Show “Selfies with Big Foot” to Registration Staff.

  • First 100 winners will receive a Big Foot T-Shirt. All participants that complete the challenge will be entered into drawing for Big Foot stuffed animals.

  • Winners will be announced at 8pm Saturday in Registration.

 

ROCKHOUSE ROCKS SCAVENGER HUNT-

  • Thursday, Oct 10 through 7pm Friday, Oct 11

  • Location: Town of Gilbert

  • Get list of participating town businesses and pictures of specific rocks. Visit each listed business and record which rock is hidden there. **DO NOT REMOVE THE ROCKS.

  • They may be hidden outside or inside business.

  • To Win: Bring completed handout that matches rocks with their hiding place to Registration. All

  • 100% correct forms will be entered into a drawing to choose 3 winners. Must submit Forms NO Later than 6pm Saturday. Winners announced in Registration Saturday Oct 12.

 

POKER RUN-

  • Thursday, Oct 10 through Saturday, Oct 12

  • Location: Rockhouse Trail System

  • Find 5 ribbons of different colors along the ROCKHOUSE TRAIL.

  • Return ribbons to Registration to receive 1 playing card for each color of ribbon found.

  • To Win: Have Best Hand or Worst Hand out of all participants to win. Winners will be announced at 8pm Saturday in Registration.

 

VENDOR CARDS-

  • Show Vendor Card to 6 vendors for their initials.

  • Return Card to Registration asap to be eligible for daily raffles throughout the Trailfest Event.

  • Winners will be posted daily at Registration.

  • All cards returned by or before 5:30pm Saturday will also be eligible for the GRAND

  • PRIZE to be announced after 6pm on Saturday, Oct 12.

  • Parade-Saturday, October 12, Line up starting at 4pm

  • Location: Gilbert Fire Department

  • Parade Starts at 5pm
